Singapore gaigai trip ♥

Few weeks ago before the final exam, Shuhui and I planned to go somewhere gaigai during this semester break because it's been ages since we last went out gaigai.. We was thinking and thinking, finally we decided to go Singapore!

The day before we went to Singapore, I stayed overnight at her house.. We had pillow talk and i think we fall asleep around 1am.. Then we had to wake up at 4.45 in the morning! It was freaking early! But we had no choice because her sister and brother-in-law work at Singapore, we followed them to go customs together.. I experienced the life of those Malaysians who work or study in Singapore go and back everyday.. Wake up in the early morning, walk a long distance to customs, wait for the crowded bus and take the crowded MRT again.. Omg! It is really tiring! But everything has a price to pay.. I just don't understand how they can cope with it.. =/

By time we reached Singapore was 7.30am.. The aim of this trip was random.. So we had no specific plan to go.. We just followed Shuhui's sister to go her workplace there to have breakfast first.. After her sister went to work, we took bus to our next stop.. At bus stop, we totally didn't know what bus to take..  So we just simply board the bus.. We also didn't know where to stop.. I remembered there is a MRT station in Bukit Merah.. When I saw Bukit Merah, we alighted from bus.. Something embarrassing happened.. We forgot to press the bus bell.. We just stood at the doors there and wondered why the door didn't open.. When the bus was started to go, I quickly pressed the bell.. The bus driver opened the doors and scolded us :"Don't play play!" Super malu! 


Then we asked the passersby how to go the nearer MRT station.. We walked a very very long distance and finally reached.. We took MRT to our next destination -- Merlion Park.. Irene told me alighting at City Hall.. When we reached there we looked at the map and couldn't find the Merlion Park.. We asked the person at the counter, he said we should alight at Raffles Place.. =.=  Irene, you mislead me.. =(  But nevermind la, we gain more experience.. =D

When we reached Raffles Place MRT station, we started to find the way to Merlion Park.. We misunderstood the meaning of one passerby therefore we kept losing our way.. We walked so far already but we still couldn't the merlion.. However, we saw nice scenery along Singapore River..

Then we continued to find the Merlion Park.. Actually there is an underpass at Fullerton Hotel to get the Merlion Park.. We misunderstood this underpass and the underpass above.. =.=

We followed the signboard and finally we found it! I like the scenery there! Too bad the weather was damn hot, if not we could enjoy the scenery there longer.. So many people were there.. I think they're the tourists just like us.. =D

 After that we continued our journey to Orchard Road.. We just walked around there because we were too tired! No more energy..

We planned to have lunch at Food Republic but we had no idea what to eat.. After a long discussion, we decided to settle our lunch at Bugis.. We were so tired so no mood to shopping.. But we went to Bugis Street awhile for the purpose of buying fruit juice.. We love the fruit juice there!

After that we took bus and went back JB.. That's all about our crazy trip!  =)
